I am a psychodynamic couple and individual psychotherapist, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I work with empathy and sensitivity to help clients to foster a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.
About me
I completed my post-graduate psychotherapy training at Tavistock Relationships, an internationally renowned institution for couple psychotherapy, training and research.
In addition to working in private practice, I hold a clinical and teaching role at Tavistock Relationships and work with couples and individuals as a clinician. I hold a registration with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and adhere to their professional code and ethical guidelines. I am also a graduate member of Tavistock Relationships Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors. I attend regular supervision and professional development programmes to ensure the quality of my practice.
In addition to my professional qualifications, I hold a bachelor and a master's degree in Political Science. I have previously worked in the City and I am familiar with the challenges that can come up in corporate settings.
